Why
This project was created to make DIY Systainer box more useful. By itself, the box works fine for tools, and larger things, but not for smaller parts like hobby motors or electronic components. The bins help to organize such parts better.
Details
- Bin sizes are a multiple of 2” (50.8mm). Base bin is 2” (width) x 2” (length) x 2” (height)
- They can be stacked. Two stacked 2” bins fit into DIY Systainer; its lid holds them in place
- Bins can be placed on a grid to prevent them from shifting. Glue grids together to create larger area
